I met Rod over 12yrs.ago. I was determined to buy a house, anything I could at the time. During that period I was diagnosed with a deadly disease and literally laughed at by any other agent I attempted to work with. The problem, not enough commission, If you come up with more money give us a call.told I had enough on my plate,I did become very depressed knowing I wasn't worth having an agent.'t need to be belittled anymore.
Somehow as usual God led me to Rods office in Roseville. I had never heard of him, and wasn't referred to him. He looked me straight in the eye and said,"I will treat you exactly the same as my million dollar client's,"he certainly wasn't exaggerating, that's exactly what he did, day in, day out, he's a man of his word.
Eight yrs.later he sold that house and we moved on too the next. Then my kids purchased their first home with Rod. I am grateful to say,Rod isn't just an agent to me, He's a great friend.

My husband and I were referred to Rod by our Realtor. Like anyone, we felt nervous, but we decided to trust the process and give Rod the opportunity to help us with selling our home. He treated us with utmost respect, and he was kind enough to answer all my "silly questions". Rod was hands on with helping us remove an iron plate left by the home builder that the new buyer wanted removed from the property. He made the process seamless, treated us like a family would and as though we were his only clients.
